Travis Kelce shared his favorite Taylor Swift song during a fun game of "Name That Tune" at the "New Heights" live show in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, was spotted dancing onstage as the song played over the speakers.
Kelce enthusiastically shouted into the microphone, " 'Shake It Off!' " as the crowd cheered. He then mentioned, "That's one of my favorites." It's not shocking that the three-time Super Bowl champion revealed his love for his girlfriend's music.
Earlier this month, Kelce shared with Entertainment Tonight that Swift's music is always on his playlist, not just on game days.
He mentioned, "I really love music and my playlist is quite diverse, especially on game days. It includes songs from my childhood like 'SpottieOttieDopaliscious' by Outkast that my high school pep band used to play. I also enjoy tracks like 'Duffle Bag Boy' by Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz from back in the day. I listen to everything, from old school jock jams that I loved as a kid. My playlist is a mix of various genres."
Travis and his older brother Jason Kelce, who both played football for the Cincinnati Bearcats in college, came back to their old school for a live show of their sports podcast.
The event was planned to take place at Nippert Stadium, but had to be moved inside to Fifth Third Arena because of rain, as confirmed by University of Cincinnati Athletics Deputy AD Anthony Di Fino on Wednesday, April 10.
A portion of the ticket sales from the event was donated to Cincy Reigns, which supports the university's athletes.
It is uncertain if Swift, 35, attended the “New Heights” live show. However, Travis and Jason, 36, were accompanied by their parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, and Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce.
Jason and Travis shared their excitement about bringing their live show "New Heights" to Alumni Weekend in March. In a joint statement, they expressed their gratitude towards the people who have influenced them and helped them grow into the men they are today. They mentioned the special connection they have with University of Cincinnati and Nippert Stadium, and they are looking forward to celebrating this special night with their Bearcats family and the 92%ers.
The siblings launched “New Heights” 2022, and at this year’s iHeartRadio Podcast Awards, they took home the award for Podcast of the Year.
