Travis Kelce doesn’t think Taylor Swift will headline Kelce Jam anytime soon.
“That would be insane,” Kelce, 34, said in a TikTok video shared by Billboard on Monday, May 20. He mentioned that if Swift were to perform at his music festival, they would need to book a stadium.
Kelce Jam took place at the Azura Amphitheater in Kansas City on Saturday, May 18. Although the venue was smaller compared to where Swift usually performs during her Eras Tour, Kelce, a frequent attendee of Swift’s shows, humorously noted that it may not be able to accommodate his girlfriend's stage presence and large fan following.
"I don't think the amphitheater we're in right now can hold that," he jokingly mentioned in a video clip.
Taylor Swift was unable to make it to the second annual Kelce Jam on Saturday because she is currently touring in Europe. Earlier this month, he showed his support for Swift at her fourth concert in Paris, where he was joined by Gigi Hadid and her boyfriend, Bradley Cooper. On Saturday, Swift was busy performing at the Friends Arena in Stockholm. After that, she will be heading to Portugal, Spain, France, and the U.K.
When asked about Taylor's shows, he shared exclusively with We at his festival that they are truly incredible. He encouraged everyone to experience them if they haven't already.
One of Kelce's favorite parts of the show was when Taylor Swift performed songs from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, released in April. The album features two songs that have become Kelce's new favorites: "The Alchemy" and "So High School," both of which are rumored to be about him.
Kelce admitted to Access Hollywood on Saturday that he may have a slight bias towards The Tortured Poets Department. Just a little bit, he joked.
Even though Swift couldn't attend her boyfriend's event, her presence was felt. Kelce kicked off the show by walking out to a remix of Swift's song "Mine" and joining the crowd in singing along. The show also included a clip of Swift cheering on Kelce at Super Bowl LVIII in its intro montage.
The music festival showcased performances by Lil Wayne, Diplo, and 2 Chainz. Along with enjoying the show, Kelce took the stage to give his own rendition of AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night Long.”
Kelce shared with Us exclusively that Kelce Jam is something he does for himself because he enjoys it. He expressed that it is a way for him to have fun and be a part of the vibrant Kansas City community. Surrounded by his friends, family, and business team, Kelce is excited for the unforgettable evening ahead.

Despite Swift's absence, her presence was felt throughout the festival. Kelce kicked off the show with a remix of Swift's "Mine," and a clip of her cheering him on at the Super Bowl was included in the intro montage.
Kelce Jam showcased a diverse lineup of artists, including Lil Wayne, Diplo, and 2 Chainz. Kelce himself even took to the stage to perform a rendition of AC/DC's "You Shook Me All Night Long."
