Jason Kelce, 35, recently shared his thoughts on his brother Travis Kelce's relationship with Taylor Swift during an interview on SportsRadio 94 WIP. He jokingly commented on the public's reaction to Swift cheering on Travis at a Kansas City Chiefs game.
Jason mentioned that he was primarily focused on reconnecting with his brother and mother, Donna Kelce, after the Chiefs' impressive victory, rather than getting caught up in all the excitement. Swift sat alongside Donna in the Kelce family suite at Arrowhead Stadium, and they departed with Travis once the game concluded. Jason added that he saw videos of the security presence outside Donna's suite and hoped that she could fully enjoy the game, given her prominence. According to everyone he spoke to, it appeared that she was thoroughly enjoying herself.
When asked about his previous comments regarding Travis' love life, Jason joked on the same radio show earlier this month that the rumors about his brother and Swift were completely true. However, Jason explained that he was being sarcastic. On Wednesday, he clarified that he is not well-informed about the extent of their relationship.
"I wish I could provide you with more information. Travis hasn't given me any indication. However, it seems like he is going out of his way to be a gentleman in this situation," Jason stated. "I believe he is capable of effectively managing both aspects when necessary."
After previously stirring up some controversy by mentioning it before, Jason expressed his relief at Taylor Swift's public appearance at Travis' game, stating, "I'm glad it happened in front of everyone so that maybe I won't be constantly asked about it."
On Wednesday, Travis finally spoke about Taylor's high-profile appearance at Arrowhead, playfully mentioning it on their podcast called "New Heights." He commended Taylor for her courage in showing up to the stadium, saying, "Shout-out to Taylor for coming. ... I was just amazed that everyone in the suite had nothing but positive things to say about her. Her friends and family were impressed. She looked incredible," he excitedly shared.
Swift brought an "incredibly exhilarating" energy to the game, he added. "Witnessing the slow motion chest bumps, the joyful high fives with mom, and the excitement of Chiefs kingdom as she was present... it was certainly a game that will stay in my memory, without a doubt."
The pair were seen getting intimate at a exclusive post-party after the Chiefs' triumph. In pictures showcased by TMZ, Swift sat on Travis' lap with her arm draped around his shoulders.
