One year later, the legend of Scandoval keeps growing, but things are taking a turn for the worse.
Vanderpump Rules star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss has filed a lawsuit against her costars and former couple Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. The lawsuit alleges revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. These details were revealed in court documents obtained by We.
Sandoval, on the other hand, seems to be handling the news calmly. The reality TV star, aged 41, had a lovely date night with his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson on Thursday, February 29. This was just hours after Leviss filed her lawsuit, but Sandoval was all smiles in the short video that Robinson shared.
In the clip, the couple can be seen taking a sunset hike. Sandoval reaches for Robinson's hand, showing a big smile as they walk together. At least for a few moments, Sandoval appeared unfazed by his legal troubles.
Sandoval is facing accusations of recording “sexually explicit videos of [Leviss] without her knowledge or consent.”
One of the videos in question seems to be the one that caused a stir in the reality TV world in 2023. Madix, who was Sandoval’s girlfriend at the time, found out about Sandoval’s infidelity with Leviss, 29, when she stumbled upon a sexually explicit video of them on Sandoval’s phone.

The lawsuit claims that Sandoval has several videos of Leviss in compromising situations, and that Madix, 38, shared at least two of them without Leviss' permission.
Although Bravo is not specifically mentioned in the lawsuit, it is alleged that the network had a strong motivation to make the incident public, causing Leviss to endure personal distress and public scrutiny for months.
According to the lawsuit, Bravo chose to prioritize its commercial interests over giving Leviss a chance to share her side of the story and defend herself, despite her repeated requests to do so.
During the scandal that unfolded on television, Leviss decided to seek help and checked herself into a mental health facility where she stayed for three months. Meanwhile, Bravo, Evolution, and the cast continued to capitalize on the public's interest in her situation.
Leviss continues to deal with the lawsuit, feeling humiliated and villainized in the public eye. Her career has been affected, and her reputation damaged.
According to Leviss, Bravo and Evolution deceived her by making her believe she couldn't speak up about the incident.
Sandoval has not made any public comments since he was mentioned in the lawsuit. However, he did acknowledge his relationship with Robinson last month. He shared on VPR co-star Billie Lee’s podcast that he has known Robinson "for a really long time."
