Beyoncé and Jay-Z's love story has stood the test of time, with over 20 years of being madly in love and completely devoted to each other. Their love story began when Beyoncé was just 18 years old in 1999, and after a year of dating, they were inseparable.
After being together for five years, the couple finally got married in a private ceremony on April 4, 2008. The singer revealed her pregnancy to the world at the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2011, as she proudly showed off her baby bump on the red carpet. Their joy was complete when they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Blue Ivy, in January 2012.
After two years of being together, the relationship between the Dreamgirls actress and the "Run This Town" rapper faced a challenge when Beyoncé's sister, Solange Knowles, got into a heated argument with Jay-Z at the Met Gala in 2014. This led to rumors that Jay-Z had been unfaithful to his wife, which they were able to overcome. Beyoncé even sang about it on her Lemonade album in 2016, while Jay-Z addressed it on his 4:44 record. However, it wasn't until 2017 that Jay-Z finally admitted to having an affair.
