Beyoncé's Renaissance world tour began in May 2023 with a bang, leaving concertgoers thoroughly impressed. Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to her Instagram Story on June 3, 2023, to express her gratitude to Beyoncé and Jay-Z for the incredible experience, sharing footage from the show in London and even giving a shoutout to her husband, Nick Jonas.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas attended the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium gig with her mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, where they both danced along to Beyoncé's biggest hits. The mother-daughter duo also had the opportunity to meet other celebrities in the crowd and were admittedly starstruck. Chopra Jonas shared a post on her Instagram Story of her mom hugging Salma Hayek and also met Jay-Z, who married Beyoncé in April 2008. The actress expressed her admiration for Beyoncé, calling her "Queen forever" in another post from the show.
Nicola Coughlan, one of the Bridgerton stars, also attended the London show. She shared a selfie with Queer Eye's Jonathan Van Ness on her Instagram in June, captioning it with "The only thing better than Beyoncé is Beytwicé." Coughlan admitted to crying when Beyoncé was in her proximity, but she has no regrets about it. Van Ness chimed in, calling Beytwicé the best thing he's ever heard.
For her international Renaissance tour announced in February 2023, Beyoncé not only performed tracks from all seven of her solo albums but also showcased a variety of stylish looks. According to colorist Rita Hazan, who has worked with Beyoncé for over a decade, the star's hair was given a unique and edgy yet still glamorous transformation for the tour. Hazan said, "Her hair deserved a renaissance of its own."
"I aimed to give her a fresh beachy look, with sun-kissed hair that had a beautiful buttery hue. As a stylist, maintaining the health of color-treated hair is a top priority for me, and I used the right glosses and treatments to ensure Beyoncé's hair remains in good shape. In a couple of months, we will repeat the dye process to keep her look vibrant."

Celebrities Who Had the Best Time at Beyonce's 'Renaissance' Tour: Salma Hayek, Kylie Jenner and More
Queen Bey rules the world — and the concert scene! Beyoncé kicked off her Renaissance world tour in May 2023, quickly dazzling lucky concertgoers.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to her Instagram Story on June 3, 2023, to express her gratitude to @beyonce and #JayZ for the unforgettable experience at the artist's show in London. She shared snippets from the performance and also gave a shoutout to her #BestHusbandEver, Nick Jonas. Accompanied by her mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra, the Quantico star enjoyed grooving to Beyoncé's greatest hits and even got starstruck upon meeting other A-listers in the audience.
On her Instagram Story, Chopra Jonas shared a post of her mother embracing actress Salma Hayek with the caption, "Salma Hayek, I love you." She also posted a photo of her mother meeting Jay-Z, who wed Beyoncé in 2008, and called the singer "Queen forever" in another picture from the show. Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan also attended the London performance and shared a selfie with Queer Eye's Jonathan Van Ness on Instagram, captioning it "The only thing better than Beyoncé is Beytwicé." She also admitted to crying when she was near the singer but has no regrets about it.
Van Ness raved, "I've never heard anything better than Beytwicé." In February 2023, Beyoncé revealed her plans for the Renaissance tour, which would take her around the world. Her performances included songs from all seven of her solo albums, as well as fashionable moments befitting a Grammy winner.
After working with Beyoncé for a decade, colorist Rita Hazan shared with us in May 2023 that she felt it was time for a change. Having seen Beyoncé's hair on stage, under lights, and in videos, Hazan wanted to give it a renaissance of its own. Desiring a look that was both edgy and glamorous, Hazan aimed to create the illusion that the sun had washed Beyoncé's hair into a beautiful, buttery tone as if she had just returned from the beach. To maintain hair health, Hazan used glosses and treatments, ensuring that Beyoncé could rock her new look for two to three months before the dye process would need to be repeated.
