Ariana Madix: The Breakout

All attention was focused on Madix as she faced the shocking revelation that her partner of nine years, Tom Sandoval, was having an affair with her close friend and fellow cast member Rachel "Raquel" Leviss. Bravo resumed filming to capture the aftermath, attracting an audience of 11.4 million viewers for season 10. Remarkably, Madix's success has not wavered. She secured a role in a Lifetime movie, received an invitation to the prestigious White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and continues to forge new connections with fans on a daily basis.

"It's truly remarkable," she shares in Us' cover story. "Occasionally, I encounter someone at the mall who has gone through a similar experience. We end up talking and comforting each other in the midst of Sephora, shedding tears and embracing one another."

Ever since breaking up with reality TV's most problematic boyfriend, Madix has captivated America on Dancing With the Stars. She stood out as one of the first contestants to receive high praise of "9s" from the judges, and she has formed strong connections with her fellow cast members, including popular YouTuber Lele Pons and former 7th Heaven star Barry Williams.

"I'm genuinely having the time of my life," Madix expresses. "If I could spend every day rehearsing and performing for the rest of my life, it would bring me immense joy. I find this experience incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable."

Chrishell Stause: The Spitfire

Chrishell Stause, the beloved star of Selling Sunset, captivates fans with not only stunning luxury homes and extravagant outfits, but also with her journey filled with ups and downs. When she joined the Oppenheim Group as a soft-spoken and sweet new agent in the premiere episode in 2019, little did she know that her professional and personal life would intertwine into a web of dramatic moments. Originally expecting the focus of the show to revolve around real estate, Chrishell found herself surprised by the unexpected turn of events.

While initially concerned about "looking like a fool," Stause has gained confidence after experiencing multiple breakups and numerous confrontations. She is now happily in a relationship with Australian musician G-Flip (the couple got married in May) and is unafraid to engage in a conflict, as seen in her exchanges with new castmate Nicole Young in season 6. Stause reflects, "In the past, I used to doubt myself, but you reach a point where you say, 'Screw it, this is my life.' And you'll witness the good, the bad, and the ugly. Embracing the freedom to just live, regardless of others' approval, has been the most liberating experience."

Kyle Richards: The Original

The sole remaining original member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards has faced numerous challenges during her 13-year tenure on the show. From strained relationships with her sisters to conflicts with friends, Aspen trips, Puppygate scandals, and now, the potential breakdown of her seemingly unbreakable marriage to her beloved husband Mauricio Umansky, Richards has laid bare all aspects of her life for Bravo producers to capture in season 13, even addressing rumors of an affair with country star Morgan Wade.

While many individuals have crumbled under similar pressures, Richards has persevered, enduring cast changes and relentless attempts to tarnish her character. In 2021, she secured a coveted spot on the inaugural season of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, standing alongside esteemed Bravo figures like Teresa Giudice and Luann de Lesseps. This accomplishment solidifies her status as one of the greatest Housewives, although, regrettably, a Real Housewives Hall of Fame does not yet exist. However, if one were to be established, Richards would undoubtedly be the inaugural inductee.

Jenna Lyons: The Gatecrasher

Last year, when Bravo made the decision to shake up The Real Housewives of New York City by recasting, it sent shockwaves through the fandom. This drastic move was seen as a necessary retooling for the franchise. Now, as we approach season 14, any concerns about the changes have dissipated. This can be attributed, at least in part, to the undeniable star power of Jenna Lyons.

Lyons achieved fame in the 2010s as the creative director of J.Crew, where she frequently dressed Michelle Obama. However, she has now become a beloved reality star due to her straightforward style and ability to rise above drama. Reflecting on her experience filming with notable personalities like Ubah Hassan and Brynn Whitfield, Lyons initially believed that her name would go unnoticed. Astonishingly, she now expresses surprise but appreciation for the fervent support she has received from fans. While Lyons has typically kept her personal life away from the cameras, she acknowledges that she still struggles to comprehend the viewers' level of enthusiasm. Nonetheless, she finds the passion and loyalty shown by fans truly remarkable.

Sasha Colby: The Changemaker

Sasha Colby, hailed as "your favorite drag queen's favorite drag queen," firmly secured victory in season 15 of RuPaul's Drag Race. However, Colby does not take her success lightly, particularly in this era marked by the passage of anti-trans and anti-drag legislation across numerous states in the country. In an interview with Us, Colby emphasizes that her triumph is not solely for herself, but also for the countless scared children at present. She states, "I needed to exhibit strength on their behalf and harness the platform and privilege bestowed upon me. It is my mission to make people confront their own selves and experience discomfort."

Colby, who now possesses the crown, is currently engaged in crafting music and developing a collection of ponytail extensions. Additionally, she is undertaking another undisclosed venture that she describes as "fun." When inquired if this signifies her entrance into a mogul era, she confidently affirms, "Pretty much."

Kody Brown: The Antihero

When Sister Wives premiered in 2010, Kody Brown was in the early stages of dating his fourth wife, Robyn, with the support of his other wives, Meri, Christine, and Janelle. As the show enters its eighteenth season, Kody describes the family dynamic as a civil war, with only Robyn remaining by his side after the other three wives have left.

Throughout all the conflicts and disagreements, the audience has overwhelmingly sympathized with Kody's ex-wives. This has been a challenging reality for Kody to accept, but he has learned to cope with the constant criticism. He acknowledges that he cannot control others' opinions of him and focuses on reminding himself that their beliefs and judgments are not his concern.

Regardless of your feelings towards him, it is undeniable that he is at the center of all the action, making Sister Wives more relevant than ever. The show is currently experiencing its highest ratings in ten years, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the next chapter in the Brown family's journey. However, don't hold your breath for the addition of a fifth wife. Kody adamantly states, "I have no interest in getting married again. I am no longer a polygamist... unless I find a way to bring my family back together." Rest assured, Kody will continue being his entertaining self. With a smile, he confidently asks, "Are you not entertained?"

Gerry Turner: The Inspiration

In terms of TV experiments, the introduction of the first-ever senior Bachelor was undeniably audacious. However, the producers immediately recognized the immense potential in Gerry Turner. From the moment Bachelor Nation was introduced to this 72-year-old widower, it was evident that he possessed genuine intentions. Instead of retreading tired storylines, The Golden Bachelor has revitalized the franchise by instilling genuine emotions and fostering a sincere quest for meaningful connections.

Despite the attention given to Turner's previous experiences, such as the unexpected passing of his high school sweetheart and wife of 43 years, Toni, in 2017, he expresses to Us that his primary focus is on the future. He desires a mutual commitment and a relationship built on reciprocity.

Throughout his journey, Turner discovers that expressing love to someone is unexpectedly effortless. However, upon reflection, he understands that ultimately, there is only one true person who holds significant importance.

So does he get engaged at season’s end? Turner would tell Us only that Toni would be “excited” by the “good conclusion” viewers can expect later this year.

Captain Jason Chambers: The Guardian

Jason Chambers made his first impression on Bravo fans as the incredibly attractive captain of Below Deck. However, during the second season of Below Deck Down Under, Chambers demonstrated that he is more than just a handsome face. When he discovered that a crew member had attempted to enter a coworker's bed without her consent after a night of excessive drinking, Chambers took immediate action by removing the offender and a cast member who defended the behavior from the boat. Chambers has since received numerous messages from viewers thanking him for creating a safe environment, both on the show and in his workplace.

Chambers informs Us that she dedicated countless hours each day responding to numerous people who had stories to share [after watching the episode]. She expresses her commitment to contribute as much as possible, acknowledging the multitude of events taking place and the significant awareness that this has generated. The sheer volume of feedback she received leaves her feeling incredibly overwhelmed.

Cirie Fields: The Mastermind

Renowned by many fans of Survivor as the ultimate player who has never claimed victory, Cirie Fields initially referred to herself as a "couch potato" during her debut season on the CBS reality show back in 2006. Despite initially being targeted due to her lack of physical prowess, she quickly gained a reputation for being an exceptional social strategist.

Since then, Fields has made three additional appearances on Survivor before finally triumphing in the inaugural U.S. installment of The Traitors in 2023. Currently, she finds herself vying for a grand prize of $750,000 as a houseguest on the 25th season of Big Brother. Impressively, she has already outlasted her son Jared Fields, who was voted out of the game in September.

Cirie’s exceptional people skills are so remarkable that even if she lacks the physical ability to conquer the highest peaks, there will always be someone willing to lend a hand and assist her in reaching the summit,” remarks Survivor host Jeff Probst admiringly. “Moreover, this same individual is fully aware that Cirie intends to eliminate them from the game tonight, yet their fondness for her is so strong that they are still willing to offer their support. Such an impressive social aptitude indeed.”

Brett and Tiffany Brown: The Success Story

Few examples of lasting love have been seen in reality TV. However, some couples have defied the odds, such as Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici from The Bachelor, Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague from Love Island, and now Tiffany Pennywell Brown and Brett Brown from Love Is Blind. Despite facing challenges along the way, like Tiffany falling asleep in her pod and Brett having a last-minute wardrobe malfunction on their wedding day, their genuine connection won over viewers. Surprisingly, even they were amazed that a dating show led them to their perfect match. Tiffany entered the filming with skepticism, believing that they couldn't possibly find someone who matched her perfectly, but her optimism convinced her to give the experiment a chance. Brett also approached the show with a "nothing to lose" mindset, and their positive attitudes paid off.

When it comes to finding love, whether on TV or in real life, the couple's advice is to focus on the person you're talking to. Brett suggests not trying to impress anyone, while Tiffany advises against comparing yourself to others. Instead, be your most authentic self, as that is how you will find your true match.
