The Ultimate Level Cap Revealed in Cyberpunk 2077 20

CD Projekt RED has made extensive updates to Cyberpunk 2077, ensuring that no aspect of the game remains untouched. Update 2.0 presents numerous exciting changes that rejuvenate the gaming experience, including an elevated maximum level. With this update, players can now acquire a greater number of Attribute Points, granting them additional resources to optimize their character's abilities and fully explore the revamped skill system.

Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 Max Level

The maximum level in Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.0 is 50, which has been the level cap since the game's release. However, if players have the DLC expansion, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, the level cap increases to 60. These extra 10 levels are useful for players to further develop their Attributes, as they earn one additional Attribute Point to allocate in any of the core 5 Attributes each time they level up from earning enough XP, which can be easily obtained by completing Gigs, Missions, and Side Missions as a mercenary.

In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, players can now access 10 additional levels, giving them the opportunity to earn 10 more Attribute Points. These points play a crucial role in customizing the player's character build. They can allocate these points to enhance their core Attributes - Body, Cool, Intelligence, Reflex, and Technical Ability. It is possible to max out 3 of these Attributes at level 20, opening up a whole new range of possibilities.

Maxing out Attributes brings numerous advantages. For instance, having a high Intelligence level unlocks unique dialogue options and allows players to make interesting observations. Meanwhile, a high Reflex level empowers players with special abilities during Quick-Time Events. Strength and Technical Ability are particularly noteworthy, as they grant players the ability to forcefully open locked doors or hack into systems.

It is not possible to allocate 20 points to every Attribute, so players should carefully decide where to invest based on their chosen build for V. After the Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.0, the skills have undergone a complete overhaul, allowing players to reset their Attribute points to the original 15 points when creating their character. However, it is important to note that an Attribute cannot be lowered below 3, so players cannot utilize this one-time Attribute Reset to achieve 20 points in each Attribute.
