Cicin Mages in Genshin Impact belong to the group of Fatui Agents and possess the ability to manipulate different Elements using Delusion. These formidable adversaries are considered part of the Elite Enemies that players encounter on their adventures in Teyvat.
Throughout their journey in Genshin Impact, Travelers will encounter either Electro or Cryo Fatui Cicin Mages. Upon defeating these foes, players will receive a variety of valuable drops. The Mages’ Lieutenant's Insignia, for example, can be utilized as Enhancement Material for both characters and weapons. Additionally, the Mist Grass serves as a crucial Ascension Material for weapons.

While exploring Dragonspine players will find seven Cicin Mages in Genshin Impact.

Fatui Cicin Mage Locations In Liyue
Wuwang Hill
The first Cicin Mage in Liyue can be found within a cavern situated south of the Oceanid Waypoint. On the other hand, the second Cicin Mage is located in the forest to the north of the southern Bishui Plain Teleport Waypoint.
Guili Plains
Two other Cicin Mages can be found on the Guili Plains grounds. One Mage is located on the Sea of Clouds shore, while the other is west of the western Sea of Clouds Waypoint.

Since the Cicin Mage doesn’t come in pairs in Genshin Impact, players can find more of the Fatui Mages in these other locations:

Fatui Cicin Mage Locations In Inazuma
Tatarasuna
To quickly reach the Mikage Furnace in the northern area, make use of the Fast Travel option to teleport to the Tatarasuna Waypoint. From there, proceed southeast towards the Furnace. As you cross the bridge that leads to the Furnace, keep an eye out for the first Tatarasuna Cryo Cicin Mage, a powerful enemy that appears in the game Genshin Impact.
As soon as the enemy is vanquished, proceed towards the southern direction to eliminate the second Mage. Afterward, continue along the southern coast of Tatarasuna Island to reach the ultimate Cryo Cicin Mage spot in the world of Genshin Impact.
Narukami Island
Starting from the Kamisato Estate, make your way down the southwestern staircase and head towards the enchanting Chinju Forest. It is here that you will come across the formidable Narukami Island Fatui Mage, the first of its kind. Continue your journey towards the west, scaling the daunting cliff that stands in your way. At the top, brace yourself for a clash with the powerful Cryo Cicin Mage, who guards the Cube Devices puzzle, a challenge that awaits you in the mystical world of Genshin Impact.
Once players defeat the prior enemy, go northwest to locate the next one. Afterward, take the northern path to locate the final Cicin Mage on Narukami Island.

An extra three Cicin Mages are scattered around the following regions in Inazuma:
At the Jakotsu Mine shore, east of the Maguu Kenki
East of the northern Watatsumi Island Waypoint
North of Seiraimaru in Seirai Island
Fatui Cicin Mage Locations In Sumeru
Pardis Dhyai
From the Pardis Dhyai, go northeast toward the first Cicin Mage. Defeat the foe, then head southwest toward the second Fatui Mage in Genshin Impact.
Lokapala Jungle
In Genshin Impact, you can find the first Mage near the Shrine of Depth, which is located southeast of the Chatrakam Cave Waypoint. The second Mage can be found in the northern parts of the Mawtiyima Forest. Lastly, the final Fatui Mage is located southeast of the Lokapala Jungle Statue of the Seven, right beside a serene lake. Keep an eye out for these powerful enemies as you explore the game world.
Other Locations
In Sumeru, players can also locate eight Cicin Mages in the marked spots.
