These Investigation Notes can be obtained during the Khvarena of Good and Evil World quest, located in the Gavireh Lajavard area of Genshin Impact's Sumeru region.

The notes reveal that the institute is led by a Director and Vice Director, and Rene is accompanied by a travel companion named Jakob.
