Rarely, Mr. Mime has been made available in regions outside of Europe through different events. The most recent event was in February 2023, where it could be obtained as a Research Breakthrough Reward. In 2021, Mr. Mime was also added to Raid Battles, became hatchable from eggs in September 2019, and was part of the Safari Zone 2021 Field Research. However, it's important to note that Mr. Mime is not commonly obtained as an event reward, so players of Pokemon GO may have to wait a while before they can acquire it.

However, it is important to remember that Pokemon GO's trading feature is limited to local interactions, meaning players will need to have someone nearby to initiate this process.
