Luka, a new addition to the Honkai: Star Rail roster in the version 1.2 update, is one of the latest Nihility characters alongside Kafka. Known for being a member of the Wildfire and skilled in martial arts, Luka is a Physical Nihility character that specializes in DoT damage. Choosing to level up Luka can greatly enhance the DoT damage and create better synergy with other team members, particularly those using Kafka. While some of the materials needed to level up Luka are similar to other Nihility characters like Sampo or Silver Wolf, there are differences in the required boss materials.
