Completing the ensemble was a wrap construction, a daring high slit, and a flowing train. Adding to the drama were sheer gloves, mesh tights, and sparkling pointed-toe sandal heels. To top it off, she adorned herself with a breathtaking diamond necklace featuring a dangling pendant.

This appearance at the show follows the resolution of Kardashian's ongoing dispute with her sister Kourtney Kardashian over the fashion house, which was discussed on a recent episode of The Kardashians on July 6th.

Kourtney, aged 44, took offense with Kim following the time when the Skims CEO served as the creative director for Dolce & Gabbana's spring/summer 2023 runway show during Milan Fashion Week in September 2022. This significant undertaking for Kim occurred merely a few months after Kourtney and Travis Barker's wedding, which revolved around a Dolce & Gabbana theme and took place in Portofino, Italy.

Kourtney expressed her disappointment in her sister's decision to use her wedding as a business opportunity, implying that Kim prioritized money over their relationship. She mentioned that Kim never truly asked her, suggesting that Kim may have been unsure of how to handle a negative response.
