Kim Kardashian had all eyes on her at the Dolce and Gabbana Alta Moda fashion show in Puglia on Sunday, July 9.
The 42-year-old reality star turned heads at the event in a stunning plum-colored gown, possibly her most glamorous look yet. The floor-length dress had an eye-catching off-the-shoulder bodice, revealing a glimpse of Kardashian's lace bra. Completing the ensemble was a wrap construction, a daring high slit, and a flowing train. Adding to the drama were sheer gloves, mesh tights, and sparkling pointed-toe sandal heels. To top it off, she adorned herself with a breathtaking diamond necklace featuring a dangling pendant.
For a glamorous look, Kardashian opted for a combination of warm eyeshadow, flushed cheeks, and bold lined lips. She styled her hair in a voluminous half-up half-down hairstyle, showcasing bouncy curls.

Kardashian expressed her excitement about the presentation on Instagram on Sunday, posting pictures of herself sitting in the front row with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Kerry Washington, and singer Anitta. She was accompanied by her mother Kris Jenner, who looked stunning in a black silk gown and an animal print duster coat. This appearance at the show follows the resolution of Kardashian's ongoing dispute with her sister Kourtney Kardashian over the fashion house, which was discussed on a recent episode of The Kardashians on July 6th.
Kourtney, aged 44, took offense with Kim following the time when the Skims CEO served as the creative director for Dolce & Gabbana's spring/summer 2023 runway show during Milan Fashion Week in September 2022. This significant undertaking for Kim occurred merely a few months after Kourtney and Travis Barker's wedding, which revolved around a Dolce & Gabbana theme and took place in Portofino, Italy.

Kourtney expressed her disappointment in her sister's decision to use her wedding as a business opportunity, implying that Kim prioritized money over their relationship. She mentioned that Kim never truly asked her, suggesting that Kim may have been unsure of how to handle a negative response. Kourtney also suspected that Kim's collaboration with D&G was influenced by her own wedding, but Kim denied these allegations by explaining that she intentionally selected items that Kourtney did not wear during her wedding festivities.
Kim apologized to Kourtney after a lengthy face-to-face conversation regarding the collaboration. Following their discussion, the two sisters reached an agreement to spend more time together.
Kim acknowledged the present state of their relationship and expressed her understanding. She apologized for the consequences of her choices and expressed regret that the experience had caused Kourtney pain. Kim emphasized that hurting her sister was never her intention, despite her appreciation for the lessons learned from the situation.
