Kim Kardashian's inner circle is exclusive, with only a select few managing to become a part of it, despite her global fame. In a video from December 2020, the Skims founder spoke about her trusted friend Allison Statter, whom she has known since elementary school, and with whom she shares a deep bond.

The CEO of Blended Strategy Group expressed that he cannot imagine life without his sister, Kim. He praised her for being an amazing sibling and shared how comforting it is to be on the same journey in life. Having children at the same time and being married simultaneously is a rare and special bond that they share, and he feels blessed to have her in his life. Kardashian chimed in, stating that Allison is the first person she would reach out to in the event of a significant family issue, before anyone else.

Jonathan Cheban, a close friend of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, first connected with her in 2009 when they sat together at a group dinner. According to Cheban, their only disagreement occurred during an episode of Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons where he argued with both the reality star and his former business partner, Simon Huck. Cheban was upset because he felt that Kardashian was siding with Huck, causing him to ignore her calls temporarily. However, Cheban noted that this was the only time in their 10-year friendship that they had fought.

In the past, Kardashian's friendships haven't always been smooth sailing. In fact, there was speculation among fans in November 2017 that she had a serious falling out with her former assistant, Stephanie Shepherd, which led to them no longer working together.

However, Kardashian addressed the rumors in an August 2018 video on her app, stating that there was no feud between them. She explained that Shepherd simply wanted to pursue a different path, and Kardashian respected her decision. She emphasized that just because two people stop working together, it doesn't mean they can't remain friends. Kardashian loves to encourage and support those she works with, even if their paths diverge in the future.

Shepherd reiterated the reality star’s denial in an exclusive interview with We later that month. She confessed that she would have been extremely anxious if she had known that they were no longer friends. However, she stated that it is something that one has to gradually come to terms with. Shepherd went on to say that one has to believe in oneself, relationships, worth, and truth. Regardless of any negative comments, one should be able to wake up the next day and be indifferent because they know their truth. Shepherd acknowledged that it is not an easy feat, and it is easier said than done.

Despite being appointed as the chief marketing officer at KKW Brands in September 2017, overseeing KKW Beauty, Skims, and KKW Fragrance, Romulus has been a longtime friend of Kardashian for over a decade. In October 2021, Romulus praised Kardashian via Instagram, stating, "The one thing I admire most about you is your genuine nature. Anthony, who gained fame in the early 2000s as an MTV VJ, has maintained a close friendship with the Selfish author for almost two decades. According to Kim, she frequently seeks Anthony's opinion on fashion choices. "As friends, I ask Kim for style advice all the time. Despite rumors of a feud sparked by a Refinery29 profile in May 2017, Kardashian denied any negativity between them. In September 2018, she took to her Instagram Story to dispel the rumors, stating, "Please stop with this fake narrative. She was NEVER my nemesis. We simply stopped working together but we have always remained super close friends." Shepherd was even backstage at Saturday Night Live in October 2021 to support Kardashian during her hosting debut.
