Travis Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs teammates have bid guten tag to Frankfurt as they embark on their upcoming away game — however, Kelce is opting to remain tight-lipped regarding any potential involvement of Taylor Swift.
"When I bring up her presence at the game, known to everyone, the Vegas line and over-under on my catches fluctuate," joked Kelce, 34, during his team's press conference on Friday, November 3, before the sporting event.
Kelce, who has been a tight end for the Chiefs since 2013, also stated that Swift's attendance on game day has begun to impact his performance.
"The fluctuation of the spread is something I prefer not to get involved in," he humorously quipped, adding, "I'll just keep that to myself."
Kelce has been romantically connected to Swift, 33, since September, when their attempt to exchange phone numbers through friendship bracelets didn't pan out during her July Eras Tour in Missouri. As their relationship has flourished, the Grammy-winning artist has attended four of Kelce's games, and witnessed his victorious performance in each one.
After the Chiefs’ win against the Los Angeles Chargers on October 22, NFL broadcasters went so far as to mention that Kelce has performed better when Swift was present in the crowd compared to when he is left to his own devices, as referenced in her 2022 song "Anti-Hero." According to CBS, Kelce has averaged 99 yards per game when Swift is in attendance, in contrast to a meager 46.5 yards when she chooses to skip the game.

"Taylor's presence at the game proved to be valuable, as they displayed your stats both when she was there and when she was not. I'm not sure if you're aware," Jason Kelce, Travis' brother, later recounted on their "New Heights" podcast.
Travis promptly responded, "Of course I'm aware of this. ... 'Left to his own devices.' Well said."
Swift has been advised by a source not to attend any of Travis' upcoming games in order to avoid causing distractions for him. The source revealed that Swift is aware of the attention she draws when she attends these games and wants to both support him and not disrupt the team's focus.
Swift ultimately chose not to attend the Chiefs' game against the Denver Broncos on October 29, resulting in a loss for the team. After the game, Swift quickly went to support Travis and provide comfort. Travis playfully mentioned their meeting, which happened to coincide with Halloween, during his Friday press conference.
"The most recent update is that I had the chance to see her last week. That's the latest update," he shared with reporters in Germany when asked about his feelings towards Swift. "I prefer to keep my personal relationship private."
