One Piece episode 1077 commenced with Kaido's body bursting through the earth's crust and plunging into the fiery magma below. Yamato arrived just in the nick of time to catch Luffy, averting his own collision with the ground.
Moreover, in this moment, the samurai, Zou inhabitants, and all the Straw Hat companions erupted in jubilation. Not only had the prophecy been realized, but they had also achieved victory over two of the Sea Emperors.

However, as the smoke, created by the eruption, dissipated, Hiyori, Denjiro, and others appeared to confirm his true identity. The episode reached its conclusion with a captivating shot of Denjiro, poised and ready to unveil the new shogun of Wano.

In the previous episode, viewers learned more about Kaido's past and his rise to the rank of the Emperor of Sea.
From a young age, Kaido showcased remarkable powers and fought valiantly for the Vodka Kingdom. However, his faith in the kingdom waned as he witnessed their unquestioning allegiance to the Celestial Dragons. The final blow came when the ruler agreed to trade him off to the Navy as a bargaining chip for the Reverie. Kaido took his chance to flee, leaving behind a trail of defeated naval troops and ruined ships.
At the age of fifteen, he united with the Rocks Pirates, and following their disbandment, he declared an all-out war against the aristocracy. His vision was to establish a world where the strong dominated the weak.
In the present, Kaido became intrigued by Luffy's aspiration. Luffy boldly stated his desire to establish a world where his companions never have to suffer from hunger, delivering a definitive blow to Kaido that ensured his triumph.
