The oldest brother, Lucius Zogratis, assumes the role of head of the family, despite being confined to a wheelchair. He is a kind and wise individual, taking care of his younger siblings to the best of his abilities. Behind closed doors, however, Lucius holds a different belief. He wholeheartedly believes that individuals with strong magical abilities are the epitome of perfection. To him, there are too many imperfections in the world, including non-human races like elves and humans he deems weak. Thus, it is his duty to rid the world of these flaws and create a utopian society.

The Zogratis were a family consumed by their obsession with devils, and at some point in history, they were able to successfully summon and bind a supreme devil known as Astaroth of Time Magic. Utilizing their expertise in devil possession, several Zogratis members had managed to become hosts to various devils, but none were able to contain Astaroth within their own bodies. However, everything changed when Lucius emerged and became the chosen vessel for Astaroth. Empowered by this newfound alliance, he proceeded to imprison other formidable devils within his siblings and devised an intricate scheme to conquer the world, eliminating those whom he perceived as flawed creatures.

The other soul, Lucius Zogratis, lacks compassion and is consumed by a ruthless desire to rid the world of those he deems inferior.

Lucius possesses an innate gift known as Soul Magic, granting him control over the souls of all living beings, including his own. After imprisoning the time-ruling devil Astaroth, Lucius gained foresight into the future. Realizing that his grand plan required him to relinquish his body to Julius, he resolved to reclaim it at the opportune moment, initiating a purification process.

One year and three months following the triumph of Asta and the Clover Kingdom's magic knights over the Dark Triad, Lucius materialized before Asta, striking him down and inflicting a grave injury that transported him to a distant continent.
