Johnny "Bananas" Devenanzio and OMAROSA, among others, have been responsible for creating some of the most notorious moments in reality TV history.

OMAROSA, possibly the original reality TV villain, gained immense fame with her ruthless attitude in the boardroom on The Apprentice. Following her success on the business-oriented show, she went on to participate in various other programs such as Celebrity Apprentice, Surreal Life, Celebrity Big Brother, and more.

Johnny, known for his antics on MTV's The Challenge, has earned a reputation for causing mayhem. Despite his charming demeanor, he has ruthlessly secured victory on the show a remarkable 11 times, often disregarding the feelings and well-being of his fellow competitors.
