Located on the eastern edge of Rikoka Hills, within Tears of the Kingdom, players can come across the Rikoka Hills Well. This particular well plays host to one of the numerous side quests in TotK called The Ultimate Dish. Situated to the northwest of Kakariko Village and south of Lanayru Wetlands, the coordinates to this well are 1705, -0653, 0023.
Upon discovering the well, players will encounter an NPC who is busy cooking something in a pot over a fire. However, upon closer inspection, it is evident that the dish has been burnt, as black smoke can be seen emanating from the well. To initiate the side quest, players can interact with Moza.

Talk to Moza, and she will tell Link that this well is home to her Hideaway Restaurant, which apparently serves the ultimate dish; however, the eatery has not opened just yet.
Moza offers a solution for players who end up with a failed dish, which occurs when ingredients that don't complement each other are mixed together, resulting in either Dubious Food or Rock-Hard Food. If players have one of these undesirable items in their inventory, they can present it to Moza. For a fee of five rupees, she will transform it into a more appetizing meal that restores a greater number of hearts. However, once the initial quest is completed, Moza will increase the charge to ten rupees for any subsequent failed meals.
How to Cook Dubious Food and Rock-Hard Food
To cook Dubious Food in a cooking pot, players can easily combine a monster part with any regular food item. As for Rock-Hard Food, simply throwing a piece of wood into a cooking pot is sufficient, without the need to combine any items. Players have the option to either use a Zonai Portable Cooking Pot from the menu or locate a cooking pot elsewhere.
The Portable Pot can be obtained by using Zonai Device Dispensers scattered across Hyrule's Sky Islands. These dispensers function like gacha machines, where Link can exchange Zonai Charges or Construct materials for Zonai devices. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now accessible on the Nintendo Switch.
