He mentioned that he puts the 34-year-old pop star through a challenging routine that some people might find too intense, with the possibility of feeling nauseous or needing to take a break.

How does Swift train at the gym? According to Myers, the owner of Dogpound gym in Los Angeles, he customized a workout plan to match her career and hectic schedule.

Myers explained to the fashion magazine, "We approached her training for the Eras Tour like a professional athlete. We had an 'off-season' when she wasn't touring and an 'in-season' when she was. When she's not on tour, we hit the gym up to six days a week, sometimes for two hours a day."
