At her show in Lisbon, Portugal on May 24, while singing "Champagne Problems" on the piano, Swift saw a fan in need of help in the crowd. She quickly called for security to assist them.

"Please help. She pointed towards the distressed concertgoer in need of assistance. No further details have been provided about the situation."

Additionally, the social media page pointed out that water cups were provided at the venue, and there are refill stations on the floor. Fans can also request water if needed.
