Taylor Swift surprised fans with not only a double album and 31 new songs, but also sparked more discussion on social media.

The singer, 34, dropped The Tortured Poets Department at midnight on Friday, April 19, and followed up with The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology two hours later. Fans were quick to notice that she had "liked" a post on Instagram from Betches Media, which included a collection of T-Swift memes.

In the fourth slide of the carousel, there is a screenshot from Lifetime's Dance Moms showing the infamous pyramid ranking system. However, in this version, the names on the pyramid are Taylor Swift's exes, with her current boyfriend Travis Kelce at the top.

On the middle row, you can see Taylor Lautner, Tom Hiddleston, and Harry Styles. And on the bottom row, there are Calvin Harris, Joe Alwyn, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Matty Healy.

Swift is not like many of us who mindlessly scroll through Instagram and blindly "like" posts. Fans assumed she saw the meme of her exes on the Betches post before double tapping.

The first post in the carousel shows a picture of Swift and an X post from Betches. It reads, "Decoding Taylor Swift easter eggs feels like working 2 jobs, training for a marathon, dating a man who is emotionally unstable, and clocking in the overnight shift at the FBI all at once."

Swifties quickly noticed that Taylor Swift had liked the Instagram post, interpreting it as a sign of her approval. As a result, they filled the comments section with their excitement.

One user, expressing their disbelief in all caps, wrote, "I CANT BELIEVE TAYLOR LIKED THIS… SHE IS COMING FOR JOE."

Added another, “TAYLOR LIKED IT AHAHAHHAHAHAHA I CANT THIS IS SO UNHINGED.”

And those were among the more tame reactions.

The second slide showed screenshots of hidden surprises in Taylor Swift's music, known as Easter eggs. It also included a post that joked, "We're thankful she chose music over becoming a serial killer."

Another person mentioned that every time they receive a new lyric, it feels like the Hunger Games cannon is going off, a reference to the cannon in the series that signals another death in the games.

Taylor Swift also took to Instagram at midnight when her album was released to share a message about her thoughts on the 31 new tracks that fans would soon discover.

"There is no need for revenge or holding grudges once we have healed from past wounds," she expressed. "After some thought, I realized that many of these wounds were caused by myself. I believe that our tears can turn into something sacred when we write them down on paper. By sharing our saddest stories, we can let go of them and all that remains is the beautiful poetry.
