Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's Sweet Moments Captured in New Video

It’s clear that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have “alchemy” in spades.

Swift, who is 34 years old, shared a YouTube Short on Friday, April 19. She introduced a social media challenge inspired by her song “Fortnight.” In the video, she included snippets from her daily life, such as filming the “Fortnight” music video with Ethan Hawke, working out at the gym, spending time with her cats (Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button), and baking her famous cinnamon rolls. There were also two additional stills featuring Kelce, who is also 34.

In one part of the video, Kelce is seen bending down to kiss Swift on the cheek while she cooks in her kitchen. Swift looked stylish in a black crop top, jeans, and a gold necklace. Kelce, on the other hand, matched his girlfriend in a black shirt. Another still shows Swift wearing a black dress, holding hands with Kelce during a date night at Singapore’s Garden by the Bay. (Kelce had visited Swift in Singapore last month during her Eras Tour performance.)

In additional video scenes, Swift shows her support for Kansas City, where Kelce lives and plays for the city’s Chiefs pro football team. She even played pickleball with a Chiefs-branded paddle and later wore a University of Kansas sweatshirt while doing embroidery. (KU’s main campus is in Lawrence, Kansas, not Kansas City but it is less than a fortnight’s drive away.)

Several hours earlier, Swift released her 11th studio album: The Tortured Poets Department. Fans were surprised to find shout-outs to Kelce and his NFL career on songs “So High School” and “The Alchemy.”

"So when I land on solid ground, I reach out to the rookies and let them go from the team," Swift sings in "The Alchemy," alluding to football strategies and squads. "Say goodbye to the jesters, claim the throne, baby, I'm the one to watch. Because the mark on your heart clearly shows it belongs to me. Honestly, why should we resist the magic of chemistry?"

The song's bridge also appears to reflect the moment when Kelce and his fellow Kansas City Chiefs celebrated their Super Bowl victory in February.

"Shirts off and your friends lift you up over their heads,” she sings. “Beer stickin’ to the floor, cheers chanted ’cause they said, ‘There was no chance trying to be the greatest in the league’ / Where’s the trophy? / He just comes runnin’ over to me.”

Swift and Kelce have been dating since the summer of 2023, making their relationship public when Swift attended a Chiefs game in September of that year. Throughout the season, Swift was seen at 11 more games, showing her support for Kelce. The couple made a public appearance at Super Bowl LVIII, where Swift cheered on Kelce and celebrated with him on the field after the KC squad's victory.
