Taylor Swift showed her unwavering support for Travis Kelce, regardless of the outcome. The 33-year-old singer was spotted cheering on the 34-year-old football player and the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in their game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, December 10. Despite the 20-17 loss, Swift remained Kelce's biggest fan.
Pictures on social media showed the couple leaving the stadium hand in hand after the game. Kelce seemed upset, wearing the same plaid jacket, green beanie, and tan pants he arrived in. In a post-game photo, Swift held Kelce's hand and looked at him affectionately.
Later, they were seen getting into a golf cart at the stadium. In a video from the Daily Mail, Swift waved to people as she and Kelce headed to their car. Kelce, still feeling down from the loss, sat next to her.
During her recent appearance at Arrowhead, Swift wore a stylish vintage red and black Chiefs sweatshirt, complemented by her signature red lip and side-swept bangs. This marked her second time showing support for the Chiefs after Kelce expressed his desire to meet her at her "Eras Tour" in Kansas City. Despite his efforts, they did not get the chance to meet at the concert.
In her TIME 2023 Person of the Year cover story, Swift finally opened up about her relationship with Kelce. She revealed that their romance began after Travis mentioned her on his podcast, and they started spending time together shortly after that. Swift expressed gratitude for the privacy they had before going public as a couple, and clarified that they were already together by the time she attended her first game with him. She also debunked the idea that their first date was at that game, stating they would never be so bold as to make their first date a public spectacle.
Swift has been a regular presence at Chiefs games for the last three months, and the NFL has not hesitated to feature her during the broadcasts. Kelce has also publicly shown his support for Swift, even flying to see her perform in Argentina last month during his team's bye week.

Swift explained that when a relationship is public, it means that they both support each other and are not concerned about other people's opinions. She also mentioned that she has no idea how often she appears on television and is only there to support Travis.
NFL commentators have wasted no time in discussing Swift’s attendance or nonattendance at Kelce’s games. This past Sunday’s broadcast was no exception, as CBS viewers witnessed Tony Romo making a significant live mistake.

“As you see, Kelce’s wife, Taylor Swift, in the audience,” he said as cameras panned to the pop star before correcting his mistake. “I’m sorry, girlfriend.”
Fellow commentator Jim Nantz teased Romo, “You don’t know something we don’t know, do you?”
