Swift didn't just visit the zoo once with Carpenter. During a break from performing in February, Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, were seen at the Sydney Zoo holding hands and petting kangaroos. They were spotted walking around with their arms around each other.
Kelce's friend, Ross Travis, also joined the couple at the Sydney Zoo and shared photos on Instagram in February. Travis mentioned making new friends "DOWN UNDER" but regretted not getting to wrestle a kangaroo.
Travis had the chance to feed a lion in its enclosure, with Swift cheering him on in the video. "Beautifully done," she said off-camera.
After joining Swift in Australia, Kelce, 34, accompanied her to Singapore for support. They later headed back to the singer's home on the West Coast.
In March, a source shared exclusively with We that Kelce and Swift are prioritizing rest, relaxation, and quality time together at home. They are enjoying quiet evenings in her home theater, watching movies and catching up on shows they missed.
The insider mentioned that Kelce and Swift are taking a break from the busyness of their careers. (Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs achieved victory in Super Bowl LVIII in February.)
The source added, “They can finally rest and intend on spending quality time together and with friends and family.”
