Taylor Selfridge and Cory Wharton Address Relationship Challenges on MTV's 'Teen Mom: Family Reunion'

Join Taylor Selfridge and Cory Wharton as they confront and work through deep-seated issues affecting their relationship in the latest season of MTV's 'Teen Mom: Family Reunion'.

Taylor Selfridge and her boyfriend Cory Wharton are still together, and their relationship is always evolving.

When asked about Cory's comments in the Teen Mom: Family Reunion trailer, Taylor, 29, shared that they both have their own issues that sometimes affect their relationship.

Several MTV stars will participate in the cast retreat in Cartagena, Colombia, as part of Teen Mom: Family Reunion. The purpose of this retreat is to help them strengthen their relationships. In a teaser clip, 33-year-old Cory expressed his desire to address some "deep-rooted issues" with Taylor.

Taylor shared with Us that she believes Cory's comment was not about their relationship specifically, but more about personal growth for each of them. Cory had also mentioned on the show that they would either get married or break up as part of their storyline. However, Taylor revealed that they are still together and have not broken up.

Taylor and Cory have been a couple since 2017. They have two daughters together: Mila, who is 3 years old, and Maya, who is 20 months old. Cory also has a daughter named Ryder, who is 7 years old, from a previous relationship with Cheyenne Floyd. Going on Family Vacation allowed Cory and Taylor to spend quality time together and strengthen their bond away from their parenting responsibilities.

Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge took some time for themselves recently, as Taylor mentioned that they needed a break from constantly being with the kids. She explained that they had a lot going on in the last year, especially with Maya's heart surgeries. Taylor emphasized the importance of focusing on their relationship during this time.

Family Reunion also provided Taylor and Cory with an opportunity to strengthen their bond with Cheyenne, 31, and her husband, Zach Davis, who were also present at the getaway.

Cheyenne humorously remarked to Us, "I never imagined that we would end up living under the same roof. I used to live across the street from Taylor, so it's quite a change for us. Despite this, I believe we have all done a great job of respecting each other's boundaries and relationships, and refraining from meddling in each other's personal lives. However, living together in one house makes it more challenging to maintain that level of privacy, as we are all privy to each other's personal matters."

Cheyenne, who also has a 2-year-old son named Ace with Zach, emphasized that she could rely on Taylor more while staying in the Family Reunion house.

She mentioned, "Now that we are all together and aware of each other's relationships at home, we no longer feel the need to prove anything to others. When things get tough and arguments arise between Zach and me, or between Taylor and Cory, I know I can count on Taylor. She knows Zach from home, and I know Cory from home. We can look at each other and say, 'Hey, you know our relationships are strong, right? Let's reassure everyone that we are okay.' This experience has brought us closer together."

Cheyenne shared, "We don't judge them and they don't judge us. This has been the key to our successful coparenting and friendship."

Don't miss the premiere of Teen Mom: Family Reunion on MTV this Wednesday, March 13, at 8 p.m. ET.
