They spend their initial nights together, embark on a honeymoon, and live together for a duration of eight weeks. The series premiered on the FYI network and later moved to Lifetime for its fifth season, produced by Kinetic Content. It has garnered a significant following, leading to several spinoff shows such as Married at First Sight: The First Year, Married at First Sight: Second Chances, Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island, Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After, and Married at First Sight: Couples Cam. Moreover, the couple from the first season, Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner, received their own spinoff in 2017, chronicling their journey as new parents.

'Married at First Sight' Couples Who Are Still Together Today

Jamie and Doug tied the knot during the initial season of the series. They joyfully embraced parenthood with the arrival of their delightful daughter in August 2017, followed by the birth of their precious son in May 2020. Alongside their own spinoff series, they also graced the screen on Married at First Sight: The First Year.

Ashley Petta and Anthony D’Amico
The couple made their debut on the fifth season of the series, which was broadcasted until August 2017. In August 2018, they joyfully revealed the news of their impending parenthood as they awaited the arrival of their first child. Their daughter surprised them by coming into the world three weeks before the due date, in January 2019. Adding to their happiness, their second daughter joined the family in February 2021.

Shawniece Jackson and Jephte Pierre
The dynamic of the season 6 couple was characterized by initial difficulty in getting to know each other, resulting in frequent arguments throughout their time on the show. However, despite these challenges, they ultimately made the mutual decision to remain together.
