Actress Sophia Bush recently revealed that she is queer, sharing this news a year after her brief marriage came to an end. The 41-year-old, known for her role in "One Tree Hill," discussed her love life in a personal magazine article.
In her article for Glamour, she talked about feeling nervous before marrying entrepreneur Grant Hughes in July 2022.
She shared that in April 2022, she almost cancelled her wedding. Instead of backing out, she decided to commit to being the best wife she could be.

She admitted that they “threw one of the greatest wedding weekends ever,” but went on to open up about the difficult year that followed.
Bush shared that she tried to convince herself that relationships require effort and compromise, but it was the emotional toll of struggling with fertility that made her reevaluate her marriage.
She reflected on the countless times she found herself alone on examination tables during the fertility process, and realized that after six months, she had a gut feeling that she had made a mistake.
Disney Junior hosted the world premiere of "Mira, Royal Detective" at The Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, CA on Saturday, March 7. As an ally in the queer community, I have always felt safe, respected, and loved. This sense of belonging has made coming into my own identity feel like returning home.
Bush expressed, "I have always felt that my sexuality falls on a spectrum." Currently, the word "queer" resonates with me the most. Saying it makes me smile every time, which feels incredibly empowering.
