Actress Haley Pullos from General Hospital has been charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor after being involved in a near-fatal car accident in April. The charges were officially filed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney on June 28th. She is facing one felony count of causing injury while driving under the influence of alcohol, one felony count of causing injury with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, and one misdemeanor count of hit and run resulting in property damage.
Pullos has entered a plea of not guilty to all three charges and her preliminary hearing is set for Thursday, July 27.
The charges relate to an incident on April 29, where Pullos is accused of driving her car in the opposite direction on a Pasadena highway, resulting in a head-on collision with another vehicle traveling at approximately 60 miles per hour. TMZ previously reported that police stated Pullos had been involved in a hit-and-run accident prior to the freeway crash.
Pasadena Fire Department responded to a traffic collision on the 134 Freeway/Orange Grove exit early this morning. Upon arrival, two vehicles were discovered to be involved in a head-on collision, with one person trapped. Fire personnel successfully rescued the trapped individual and provided medical treatment. Additionally, they transported the occupants of both vehicles to the hospital. The cause of the collision remains unknown, but the incident serves as a reminder to adhere to speed limits, avoid alcohol consumption while driving, and to remain focused without distractions from passengers or mobile devices.

Earlier this month, Pullos faced a lawsuit from Courtney Wilder, who was the driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident. Wilder alleged serious injuries and being transported to the hospital in critical condition. Additionally, he stated that his car was completely destroyed in the incident.
Since 2009, Pullos has portrayed the character of Molly Lansing-Davis on General Hospital. However, in May, she informed that she would temporarily step away from the show due to the accident.
Pullos informed Soap Opera Digest that she was in an automobile accident and although she is okay, she will require some time to recover. She expressed her intention to return as soon as she can. As a temporary substitute, Holiday Mia Kriegel, known for her role in Animal Kingdom, has taken over the role of Molly and made her first appearance in the May 22 episode of the ongoing series.
