Selena Gomez confirms her romantic involvement with renowned record producer Benny Blanco, affirming the rumors surrounding their relationship
Selena Gomez has officially acknowledged that she is in a relationship with record producer Benny Blanco.
Following the circulation of a cozy photo of the couple on an Instagram fan account, the "Only Murders in the Building" actress openly expressed her affection for Blanco through a series of comments.
"He is my absolute everything in my heart," Gomezs comment pinned on the post reads, while another simply says: "LOVE."

Selena Gomez will be performing with Coldplay during the band's upcoming world tour. The pop star and actress has been collaborating with Blanco on her latest hit, "Single Soon," after previously working together on several songs, such as "I Can't Get Enough" in 2019, which featured Blanco in a teddy bear costume in the music video.
Gomez's Instagram post also confirmed his attendance at her birthday celebrations in July of this year. However, not everyone is supportive of the former Disney star, prompting the 31-year-old to defend Blanco. In response to a fan's comment, Gomez stated, "I don't understand. If you truly care about me, this is my happiest. If not, feel free to say whatever you want. But I will never let your words dictate my life. Ever. I'm done. If you can't accept me at my happiest, then don't be in my life at all."
Some of Gomez's supporters think Blanco took a swipe at her during a 2020 interview promoting "Lonely," his joint project with close friend and singer Justin Bieber - who is also Gomez's former boyfriend.

Selena Gomez playfully jokes about her MTV VMAs outfit while also addressing more serious topics. Blanco's comment about Justin not being a typical pop artist, seemed to indirectly reference Gomez's cosmetic brand, Rare Beauty, that she launched the year before.
Gomez seems unfazed by the speculation, responding to a fan with, "lol yeah, and he's still better than anyone I've ever been with. Facts." In another message, she stated, "then why has he been the best thing that's ever happened to me. The end."
