Secrets Unveiled: Unlock the Hidden Two-Hour Enigma in Baldur's Gate 3

Baldur's Gate 3 voice actor, Neil Newbon, teases an elusive two-hour game section that remains undiscovered, leaving players eager to unravel the mystery while he remains tight-lipped

Baldur's Gate 3's voice actor for Astarion, Neil Newbon, recently mentioned during a livestream that there exists a hidden section in the game that has yet to be discovered. According to Newbon, this elusive area spans approximately two hours, but he provided no further information regarding its location or how to access it. During the livestream on August 31, he cryptically mentioned, "There's even something I'm aware of that remains undiscovered unless you perform a task that I believe no one will figure out. I was entrusted with this knowledge, making me one of the select few who are aware of its existence."

It is unclear whether this involves Astarion, as Newbon declined to provide clarification. The livestream occurred a few weeks ago, so it is possible that someone has since discovered it but has not shared the footage with the wider community. Our own efforts, however, did not yield any results.

Given the size of Baldur's Gate 3, it is inevitable that there will be both significant and minor secrets. Recently, there was a video on Reddit showcasing a moment where Karlach breaks the fourth wall. Voice actor Samantha Béart confirmed on Twitter/X that the moment was authentic but revealed that the clip was obtained by manipulating the game's files. The exact trigger for this moment remains unknown.

Patch 3 is currently in development and will introduce a new feature to the game's camp, wherein a "magic mirror" will enable players to modify their character's appearance. Furthermore, the voice actors involved in Baldur's Gate 3 will be gathering to partake in a Dungeons & Dragons session, playing as their respective in-game characters.
