"I believe Scott might benefit from an encouraging conversation because I've never seen him in such an unhealthy state before. He can hardly move due to his back issues, and that can't be good for his well-being," she expressed in a confessional. "Scott needs to understand that these problems can be resolved. He shouldn't let them bring him down."
Later in the episode, Disick sought the help of a physical therapist. "I haven't been able to engage in physical activities, and I've gained weight," he informed the specialist. "I'm willing to do whatever it takes to avoid undergoing open back surgery. Prior to the accident, I enjoyed having a healthy sex life. Unfortunately, my mobility has been greatly affected now..."
He added: "I am feeling good and I figure I am better off doing the therapy than getting possibly abused by Khloé. So I am happy to commit to this."
