Braxton Berrios and Alix Earle sparked fans' curiosity when they were initially linked in June. However, it appears that their relationship might not be as serious as previously thought. The couple, aged 22 and 27 respectively, made their first public appearance on the red carpet at the 2023 ESPYs on July 12. Although they posed together at the Los Angeles event, seemingly confirming their relationship, they did not share any posts on their individual social media accounts to officially announce the occasion.
Following the awards show, Earle faced allegations of infidelity with Sebastian, the teenage grandson of designer Donna Karan. DeuxMoi received multiple submissions on July 24th, reporting an alleged makeout session in the Hamptons, causing a stir on social media.
As concerns about her relationship with Berrios emerged, Earle maintained that she had no knowledge of Sebastian's age until after the incident. In the comments section of a TikTok video addressing the scandal, she stated, "I learned about this at the same time as all of you."
E! News reported that Earle and Berrios did not consider themselves "exclusive" and never established their relationship. Berrios has not addressed the cheating accusations publicly, but fans are demanding more information from him.
In the comments section of his recent Instagram post, one social media user pointed out, "You forgot to mention Alix Earle." Another user suggested, "You should have made it official by posting about her."
Earle began sharing pictures with Berrios in June following her breakup from MLB athlete Tyler Wade. During this time, Berrios' former girlfriend Sophia Culpo accused him of being unfaithful with Earle.
Culpo addressed the situation on her Instagram Stories last month, expressing her apologies for the commotion caused on the internet. She revealed that she was receiving concerned messages from her friends, checking up on her well-being. Culpo referred to her TikTok post, where she accused Berrios of "love-bombing" Earle. However, she assured her followers that she was doing fine and that despite the chaos on the internet, everything was okay.
Berrios has since refuted Culpo's accusations and provided more information about the timeline of their breakup. The couple were together for two years before deciding to end their relationship in January. In a video shared on his Instagram Story, the Miami Dolphins football player expressed his desire for everyone to move on and find happiness. He mentioned that their relationship had been good and healthy, but they had discussions towards the end about the fact that it wasn't working out, which led to their breakup in January.
Berrios continued: “It had nothing to do with anything else. It had nothing to do with anybody else, for that matter. And we just didn’t work out, and that’s OK.”
