Alix Earle captivated all attention at the 2023 ESPYS as she offered fans an exclusive glimpse into her pre-red carpet preparations.
Just hours before the ceremony on Wednesday, July 12, the influential 22-year-old shared a TikTok video titled "Get Ready With Me." In this captivating clip, Earle began by showcasing her glamorous look, choosing a dewy complexion, precise contouring, voluminous lashes, and striking eye makeup. As renowned celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta expertly applied black eyeshadow to her lids, Earle enthusiastically mentioned, "Since I'll be wearing a black dress, let's go for a smokey eye."
Next, Ta, who is 31 years old, proceeded to enhance her lips by carefully outlining them and applying a generous amount of lip cream in the captivating shade called "She's Independent." As Ta skillfully applied the product, Earle, the person with her, shared her biggest fear, expressing apprehension about using black liner on her waterline instead of the usual white liner that accentuates her eyes and makes them appear larger. Despite this fear, Earle turned her head from side to side, visibly pleased with the audacious change, and exclaimed, "I think I kind of love it though."

Earle expressed her admiration for Ta's skills in the caption of her video, describing it as the "FINAL LOOK OMGGG.. my favorite ever." Fans joined in with their compliments, with one stating that the black waterline was impressive. Another said they loved the black waterline, while a third exclaimed that it was the best look they had seen on Earle.
For the event, Earle paired her flawless makeup with a strapless leather dress, Steve Madden lace-up heels, oversized silver earrings, and a half-up hairstyle. She confidently walked the red carpet with rumored boyfriend Braxton Berrios, who looked handsomely styled in a lavender jacket and pants. He completed the look with a white undershirt, sneakers, and silver chain necklaces.
Earle and Berrios have been dating since May, when they were seen together at a restaurant in Miami.
Earlier, Earle hinted about her relationship with Berrios on TikTok. In a recent video titled "Day in the Life," they were captured hugging, spending the day together, and attending the Palm Tree Music Festival in Westhampton. Some of her followers questioned if the post confirmed her relationship with Berrios, and she responded, "We're not officially dating, but it's difficult for me to keep things from you guys."
Prior to being linked with Earle, Berrios was in a two-year relationship with Sophia Culpo (the couple separated in January). Culpo, who accused him of infidelity, indirectly addressed Earle in a now-deleted TikTok post in June.
"Wait and see, but contact me when the excessive displays of affection are over. I've got your back," read Culpo's post.
Berrios promptly turned to Instagram to present his perspective: "I have been involved in a two-year relationship that was positive and nurturing. However, in the final stages, we mutually acknowledged that our connection was not flourishing... External factors were not at play in our decision."
