Lisa Hochstein's Fairy-tale Dinner with BF Jody Glidden Sparks Buzz Amidst Lenny's Engagement News

Lisa Hochstein joyfully celebrated her birthday alongside her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, only to later discover the news of her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, getting engaged.

Sharing a photo of the couple at Ristorante Mistral in Italy, Lisa, 41, expressed her delight through her Instagram Story, describing the evening as the "most incredible romantic dinner" with her remarkable partner.

In the picture, the Real Housewives of Miami celebrity, who celebrated her 41st birthday on Monday, July 24, affectionately embraced Glidden, 49, as they posed next to their table by the ocean.

Glidden, who has been in a relationship with Lisa since February, shared the photo on his Instagram Story with a caption that read, "Happy birthday, my love." He enhanced the post by including Sade's "Paradise" as the background song, and sang along to the lyrics, "I'm yours, you're mine."

Six hours later, Lisa discovered that her current husband, Lenny, aged 57, had asked his girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, to marry him. "Congratulations to my current husband and his mistress on their engagement," Lisa posted on her Instagram Story.

Mazepa, 27, was proposed to by the plastic surgeon during a trip to Ibiza, Spain. His mother, Marina Hochstein, was overjoyed with the news.

"I'm thrilled to see that you have found a woman who truly loves and respects you this time. It's clear that your previous marriage was lacking in that regard," Marina remarked on Lenny and Mazepa's Instagram announcement. "Best of luck and congratulations!"

Lisa, who shares parenting responsibilities with Lenny for their two children, interpreted Marina's comment as a sly insult towards her. "What a lovely mother-in-law and grandmother. How repulsive," she remarked on Saturday.

Lisa and Lenny, who have a 7-year-old son named Logan and a 3-year-old daughter named Elle, tied the knot in October 2009. Almost 13 years later, Lisa accused Lenny of being unfaithful to her with Mazepa.

In a statement given to We in May 2022, Lenny addressed the situation by stating, "Lisa and I are getting divorced. I initially denied this a few weeks ago because I wanted to protect my family throughout this process. It is true that I am currently involved with Katharina, but this relationship began only after the decision to end our marriage had been made. This is an incredibly challenging time, and I kindly request some privacy so that we can focus on taking care of our children, who mean the world to us."

Mazepa, on the other hand, alleged that Lisa engaged in cyberbullying by persistently spreading the false claim that Mazepa was a "mistress" on social media. In July 2022, it was reported by Us that the model, who refuted the cheating allegations, obtained a restraining order against Lisa.

The divorce of Lisa and Lenny, which unfolded during season 5 of RHOM, became more contentious when Lisa asserted in November 2022 that Lenny financially abandoned her, making it impossible for her to afford food and diapers for their children, Logan and Elle. Lenny vehemently denied these allegations.

"I simply want to ensure the well-being of my children," he expressed to Us in January. "They hold the utmost importance in my life. Regardless of any circumstances, I strive to ensure they experience a wonderful life, with all their needs met and lacking nothing."
