Lisa Hochstein Responds to Lenny's Engagement to Katharina Mazepa Amidst Divorce Settlement

Lisa Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein, amidst their ongoing divorce, Lenny got engaged to his girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa. Mazepa, 27, shared photos from their proposal in Ibiza, Spain and wrote via Instagram on Saturday, July 29, "On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever."

Following the news of the couple's engagement making headlines, Lisa, aged 41, expressed her thoughts. Via her Instagram Story, several hours later on Saturday, she wrote, "Congratulations to my current husband and his mistress on their engagement." This comes after Lisa previously accused Lenny, aged 57, of having an affair with Mazepa, which led to a restraining order filed against Lisa for alleged cyberbullying in July 2022. Additionally, Lisa took a swipe at Lenny's mother, Marina Hochstein, for her direct response to the upcoming wedding.

Marina expressed her happiness about Lenny and Mazepa's new relationship, stating that they now have a woman who loves and respects them. She also mentioned that this was lacking in Lenny's previous marriage. Marina concluded her comment by wishing them good luck and congratulating them. Lisa, on the other hand, responded to Marina's comment through her social media stories, expressing her disapproval and referring to Marina as a wonderful mother-in-law and grandmother in a sarcastic and disgusted tone.

Lenny and Mazepa have not publicly responded to Lisa's comments. However, Lenny has previously denied rumors about divorcing and getting engaged to multiple women in a year. On Saturday, Lenny responded via an Instagram comment, stating that he doesn't need anyone's blessing or permission. In an exclusive interview with We earlier this year, Lenny revealed that his divorce did not make him opposed to the idea of getting remarried. He expressed having an open mind about it, acknowledging that sometimes things don't work out.

In October 2009, Lisa and Lenny tied the knot before starting a family and having two children: Logan, 7, and Elle, 3. However, after being together for 13 years, it was confirmed by Us in May 2022 that the couple has decided to separate.

Lenny addressed the situation, stating, "Lisa and I are getting divorced. I initially denied this a few weeks ago because I wanted to protect my family during this challenging time. It's true that I am now seeing Katharina, but this relationship began after the decision was made to end our marriage." Lenny denied any rumors of infidelity with Mazepa. He also requested privacy in order to prioritize the well-being of their children, who are extremely important to both of them.

The couple, who are no longer together, have been engaged in a legal battle, with Lisa going as far as accusing Lenny, a plastic surgeon, in November 2022 of cutting off her financial support. This allegedly left her unable to provide food and diapers for their children, Logan and Elle. Lenny has refuted these allegations.

"My main concern is ensuring the well-being of my children," stated Lenny during an interview with Us in January. "They are my top priority, and I want nothing more than to ensure they have a wonderful life and lack for nothing."

Lisa previously shared at BravoCon in October 2022 that the estranged couple has a turbulent relationship while navigating their separation.

According to Lisa, people who have gone through a divorce have informed her that it is typical for things to be this way. She expressed her desire for both her and her ex to someday be on good terms, especially for the sake of their children. Lisa acknowledged that she currently harbors a lot of anger and resentment, but understands that, like in any divorce, it takes time for things to improve. Ultimately, she hopes that with enough time passed, they can reach a better place for their children.

Lisa has since moved on with boyfriend Jody Glidden, whom she started dating in February.
