'RHOM' Star Alexia Nepola's Husband Todd Nepola Files for Divorce After Nearly 3 Years of Marriage

Alexia Nepola, a star of The Real Housewives of Miami, is facing a divorce as her husband, Todd Nepola, has filed for divorce after almost three years of marriage. Todd, aged 51, officially submitted the paperwork on Thursday, April 11, in Florida. Despite this development, both Alexia, 56, and Todd have chosen not to publicly discuss or address the situation.

Alexia and Todd got married in 2021 after dating for several years. Before Todd, Alexia was married to Peter Rosello Sr. from 1992 to 1996. They have two sons, Peter (31) and Frankie (26). After her divorce, Alexia was in a relationship with Herman Echevarria from 2004 to 2015. Sadly, Echevarria passed away in 2016.

Discussing her relationship with Todd, the reality star mentioned that it felt different compared to her previous relationships.

Alexia shared her thoughts on marriage in a December 2021 episode. After two failed marriages with dishonest men, she felt disillusioned. However, when she met Todd five years ago, she knew he was different. She expressed her desire to spend the rest of her life with Todd, emphasizing his love for her and her son Frankie.

Alexia and Todd had to postpone their wedding because of the coronavirus pandemic. They ended up eloping in St. Barths later that month. Unfortunately, their rescheduled date was bittersweet as Alexia's mother, Nancy, passed away from COVID on the same day.

Alexia and Todd celebrated their love with a luxurious yacht party, as shown on season 5 of RHOM.

"It was so special to reminisce about our wedding in St. Barths. It was just the two of us, which was exactly what we wanted," Alexia shared exclusively with Us in December 2022. "It was a beautiful moment for us to reconnect as a couple after facing challenges and sadness in the previous months."

She continued: "A few months later, we were able to celebrate with our friends and family in Miami who couldn't be with us in St. Barths. That meant a lot to us. We wanted it to happen that way. So that night was all about him and me. I just wanted it to be focused on us."

Before Todd filed for divorce, Alexia's costars raised concerns about the state of her marriage during season 6, which aired from November 2023 to March 2024.

Alexia clarified rumors about their finances at the reunion earlier this year. She addressed the misconception that she and Todd do not share a checking account and explained that they pay for their apartment month-to-month. To support her point, she presented her apartment's lease and payment history, showing that they were not struggling financially.

During season 6, Todd took a step back from appearing in onscreen scenes. In previous seasons, his relationship with Alexia's eldest son was a significant storyline. There was tension between Todd and Peter, mainly due to Peter's treatment of his brother, Frankie, after Frankie's near-fatal car crash.
