Despite Southern Charm star Olivia Flowers’ recent claims about their BravoCon interaction, Crystal Kung Minkoff remains unfazed. “I heard about who she was a week ago. I don’t know who she is,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 40, quipped during the Thursday, December 7, episode of the “Viall Files” podcast. “And let me tell you something: My glam team [asked] me, ‘Did you see this?’ I don’t know who she is [and] I feel bad.”

Kung Minkoff clarified that her hair and makeup team sent her a photo that Flowers, 31, had shared from when they met "about a year ago." In Kung Minkoff's opinion, Flowers is upset about not being acknowledged at BravoCon last month despite their previous encounter.

"It's not disrespectful. There are many people that I don't recognize and I don't go around saying, 'You're rude. You should know who I am,'" Kung Minkoff explained. "Honestly, I don't watch any of the other Bravo shows, so if I don't recognize you, it's not meant as an insult. That's a self-centered reaction that has nothing to do with me."

She continued to emphasize that she is not a rude person and stated that she makes an effort to be polite. She also suggested that Flowers may have been offended by the fact that she did not remember their meeting.

"I honestly wouldn't be able to recognize her if I saw her in a lineup today," Kung Minkoff said. "I have no recollection of who she is."

Last month, drama ensued when Flowers accused Kung Minkoff of being rude during their interaction at BravoCon. This came after Kung Minkoff talked about encountering "unfriendly" people at the Las Vegas convention in an E! News interview. Podcast host Nick Viall speculated that Flowers may have been upset that Kung Minkoff didn't recognize her as a reality star.

"Exactly right," Kung Minkoff agreed. "That photo, my team reminded me, was of me, her, and another girl. At that time, these two girls approached me and said, 'We greeted you outside and we think you believe we're fans, but we're on the network.' So, that's exactly what happened. I didn't recognize her this year."

She added, "But, I can't control who I don't know, but I treat fans, friends, and anyone on the network the same. You don't get special treatment just because you're on the network. I'll always be polite to you, no matter what."

Kung Minkoff reiterated her claim that she still doesn’t know who Flowers is today and made it clear that this was not meant as a jab at her or anyone she is not acquainted with. She emphasized that she did not intend to be unkind and explained that Flowers wanted to be acknowledged by her, but since Minkoff did not recognize her, she has been labeled as rude. She also added, "You can't be upset that the entire world doesn't know who you are. I also love her, whoever she may be."
