During a panel discussion at Hello Sunshine’s Shine Away Event in Los Angeles on October 21, the 51-year-old actress reminisced about a challenging and well-publicized period in her life. Garner recounted how Witherspoon stood by her side throughout this ordeal. To navigate through it, she relied on dance cardio, and although their determination led to Witherspoon injuring her foot, she persevered and continued on.

"Witherspoon, 47, jokingly encouraged the ladies to continue dancing, urging them to keep going. Garner shared that even on vacation, they maintained their workout routine, exercising at both 7 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. She further added that Witherspoon was dedicated and determined, promising to be present for both workout sessions."

Garner chose not to disclose any specifics about the challenging period she mentioned in her life, but she persistently commended the Morning Show actress.

Furthermore, Garner mentioned, "She will also remind you about the importance of finding a suitable preschool. She might say, 'It's time for your 2 and a half-year-old to begin their preschool education next month. You really need to start looking into this.'"

Earlier this year, Garner starred in the lead role of the AppleTV+ mystery series called The Last Thing He Told Me, which was executive produced by Reese Witherspoon. During a panel discussion, Garner spoke highly of Hello Sunshine, the production company co-founded by Witherspoon, as it provided a platform for her and other actresses to openly discuss the industry.
