Several ex-Big Brother contestants have started families since their time on the CBS show, including Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson. The couple, who began a romantic relationship during season 19, revealed in September 2018 that they were anticipating their first child. (Nickson had previously welcomed his daughter, Paisley, with a different partner in 2012.)
Graf had their first daughter, Maverick, in March 2019, and since then, they have welcomed three more daughters: Carter in October 2020, Atlas in July 2022, and Gemma in December 2023. Nickson and Graf are not the only Big Brother contestants to have children after their time on the show. Bayleigh Dayton and Chris “Swaggy C” Williams, who met during season 20, had their first daughter, Alora, in August 2022. Nearly a year later, Dayton announced her second pregnancy.

'Big Brother' Babies! Jessica Graf and More Reality Stars Who Have Given Birth
Several ex-Big Brother contestants have started families after their time on the CBS show. Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson, who formed a romantic relationship during season 19, revealed in September 2018 that they were anticipating the arrival of their first child. (Nickson had welcomed his daughter Paisley with a previous partner in 2012.)

In December 2023, Graf and Nickson joyfully welcomed their fourth child together, and the military veteran's fifth child. They shared the news on Instagram, expressing, "The final puzzle piece has arrived. Safe and sound."

Bayleigh Dayton and Chris ‘Swaggy C’ Williams’ Daughter
The couple from season 20 of the show welcomed a baby girl in secret, confirming the arrival in an Instagram post from August 2022 where they described their daughter as "perfect." They have chosen to keep their daughter's name and photos private for now.

Atlas Ruby Nickson
Graf and Nickson welcomed their third little girl, his fourth, in July 2022.
