Ace initially manifested his Haoshoku Haki without meaning to, causing most of the Bluejam Pirates to lose consciousness. Over time, he honed his skill in using Conqueror’s Haki, although he passed away before reaching the level required for advanced application.

Out of all of Big Mom's sons, Katakuri is the lone inheritor of his parent's talent for the Color of Conqueror. However, Katakuri's expertise in Haoshoku Haki is not on par with his mastery of Busoshoku and, particularly, Kenbushoku.

13) Eustass Kid

Despite having mastered Conqueror’s Haki for many years, Katakuri has not been able to unlock its advanced stage. Nevertheless, he is adept at the basic level and can unleash powerful bursts of Haoshoku at his command.

Even though he is a natural-born Supreme King, Kid lacks the ability to imbue his attacks with the Color of Conqueror, unlike his counterparts in the Worst Generation, Monkey D. Luffy and Roronoa Zoro.

12) Yamato

The child heavily depends on his Magnet-Magnet Fruit, to the extent that he has not demonstrated any remarkable Haki abilities. It can be inferred that his perseverance as a Conqueror is the driving force behind his actions.

In addition, she has the ability to infuse her attacks and weapons with the Color of Conqueror, amplifying her already formidable power. When she clashed with Kaido using her Advanced Conqueror's Haki, the shockwave from their collision split the skies.

As a revered figure in the Navy and a confirmed user of the basic Color of Conqueror, it is likely that he can also harness the advanced version. With his esteemed rank and reputation, Sengoku is considered one of the "very strongest" individuals.

His skill is evident in his ability to easily overpower his enemies and cause widespread damage with just a burst of Haoshoku. With his signature move, the Advanced Conqueror’s Haki-enhanced Thunder Bagua, Kaido defeated a Luffy of Katakuri-level strength with a single strike.

6) Monkey D. Luffy

Kaido has the ability to unleash the most powerful version of the Bagua, including the Ragnaraku, Kundali Dragon Swarm, and Thunder Bellow Bagua. His most formidable technique is the Rising Dragon: Flame Bagua, which takes the form of a massive dragon made of fire and Haoshoku Haki. Anything that comes into contact with it is instantly incinerated.

He had the ability to infuse his sword Ace with Advanced Conqueror's Haki, producing devastating effects such as effortlessly overpowering a swordsman as skilled as Kozuki Oden. In a fierce encounter with Whitebeard, both combatants coated their weapons with the Color of Conqueror, resulting in a powerful shockwave that cleared the surrounding area. It is likely that this display of power was only a fraction of Roger's true abilities.
