Taylor Swift’s relationship with the Philadelphia Eagles is … delicate.

On Wednesday, November 15, the radio show "Bex and Buster" on Philadelphia's Q102 station made an announcement regarding their decision to refrain from playing any of Taylor Swift's music before the Eagles vs. Kansas City Chiefs game on Monday, November 20. Buster Satterfield, the radio personality, shared this during his appearance on Good Day Philadelphia, mentioning that although Q102 loves Taylor Swift and the Travis [Kelce] and Taylor situation, they need to maintain their focus for the upcoming weekend, hence the exclusion of Taylor Swift from the playlist.

Q102 will exclusively feature the dynamic duo of Eagles' running back D'Andre Swift and Eagles' center Jason Kelce, leaving no room for any Taylor Swift tunes this entire weekend in the City of Brotherly Love, according to Buster's cohost, Bex Maroun. She made it clear that for us, the only Swift-Kelce pairing that matters is within the Eagles, and no other.

Despite her upbringing in a Philadelphia suburb and her unwavering support for the Eagles, Swift has become embroiled in the team rivalry as a result of her relationship with Travis, a 34-year-old Chiefs tight end.

In September, Swift made a switch from wearing an Eagles T-shirt to donning a Chiefs jersey as she attended a game to support Travis in Kansas City. Accompanied by Travis' mom, Donna Kelce, the singer was spotted walking through the stadium alongside Travis after the match.

Since then, Swift's presence at Chiefs games has become a prominent topic of conversation in the NFL. Travis expressed his thoughts on the league's focus in an October episode of his "New Heights" podcast.

"I find it enjoyable when they highlight who attended the game. It adds something extra to the atmosphere, enhancing the viewing experience," he shared. "However, I do believe that they are exaggerating it a bit, particularly in my case. Nevertheless, I think they are simply trying to embrace the fun aspect of it all."

Travis had a change of scenery over the weekend when he joined Swift's Eras Tour concert in Buenos Aires on Saturday, November 11. He was spotted engaging in conversation with Taylor's father, Scott Swift, who was sporting a Chiefs lanyard.

"Managed to sway him to our team, buddy," Travis playfully revealed on his podcast episode on Wednesday. He proudly shared with Jason, 36, that he is gradually converting the Swifts into Chiefs fans, one family member at a time.

Jason directly appealed to Scott, 71, in response. "Are you really going to let this man's incredibly attractive appearance and his relationship with your daughter influence you to abandon your lifelong fandom, Scott? That's absurd," he joked.

Travis also mentioned that Scott is a passionate football enthusiast who played the sport during his college years. "I believe he started as a linebacker and eventually switched to center," he remarked. "He's quite tall."

The Chiefs and Eagles will face each other on Monday, an anticipated rematch from the 2023 Super Bowl where Travis secured his second championship ring. Q102's temporary boycott of Swift's discography is set to commence at 5 p.m. ET on Friday, November 17, and conclude on Tuesday, November 21.
