The Kansas City Chiefs have Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, but the Philadelphia Eagles boast their own duo of D’Andre Swift and Travis’ older brother, Jason Kelce.
In a clip from Kevin Hart's "Cold As Balls" web series shared by People on Wednesday, December 13, the comedian pointed out the connection between the two pairs with their matching last names.
When Taylor, 34, was first associated with Travis, also 34, in September, Swift fans immediately noticed another Swift-Kelce pair making waves in the NFL. (D’Andre, 24, is a running back for the Eagles and Jason, 36, plays center.)
“It only involves me because it’s my name,” D’Andre told Hart, 44, dismissing any ill feelings towards Taylor over their shared name. “I've heard she puts on a great show.”
In a different part of the “Cold As Balls” clip, Hart observed his two security guards sporting a variety of friendship bracelets on their wrists. (Fans of Taylor, such as Travis, have taken up exchanging the beaded jewelry at her Eras Tour concerts.)
“What the heck are you wearing?” the comedian joked while taking an ice bath. “You guys don’t read the emails! I said, ‘D’Andre Swift,’ he’s a running back. You think you're going to a Taylor Swift concert?”
Since starting to date Travis this summer, Taylor has developed a new love for football. After attending her first Chiefs game in September, she has been supporting Travis at both home and away games throughout the season. In a recent TIME Person of the Year profile, Taylor expressed her joy in being able to publicly support their relationship and be there for each other.
