During his press junket tour for the new movie Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Paul Rudd took a break from fighting ghosts to talk about Taylor Swift instead. In an interview with MTV's Joshua Horowitz on Thursday, March 21, Rudd, 54, shared his admiration for Swift, 34. "I think she's really very good. I think she's great," he said.

Horowitz, who is 47 years old, wondered if Rudd's appreciation for the singer stemmed from his kids, Jack (17) and Darby (14), whom he shares with his wife Julie Yaeger, or if he was genuinely a fan of Swift.

He asked the actor, "Do you sing along to her songs? You attended the Eras Tour, so were you belting out the tunes?"

Rudd smiled and replied, "Yes, I listen to a lot of her songs."

To confirm Rudd's statement, the MTV host decided to test the movie star by asking him to name some of his favorite Taylor Swift songs. Horowitz inquired, "Which song comes on and you can't help but sing along?"

Rudd enthusiastically shared his love for the song "Mastermind" and mentioned that he enjoys singing it. As a dedicated Swiftie, he continued to list more tracks that he likes, including "Cruel Summer," "The Archer," and "August."

Realizing that all the songs he mentioned start with the letter A, Rudd chuckled and joked, "I'm just going through the A's now."

Rudd has previously shared his admiration for the popstar during an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. He expressed his enjoyment of attending her concert, highlighting the positive atmosphere and overwhelming support from the audience. Unlike other large events like the Super Bowl where there may be chaos and conflict, Rudd described the concert as a unique experience filled with love and positivity.

Rudd is currently starring in Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, the sequel to Ghostbusters: Afterlife released in 2021. In this new movie, Rudd portrays Gary Grooberson, a science teacher and a big fan of the original Ghostbusters.

The plot revolves around the discovery of an ancient, yet dangerous artifact that unleashes an evil force. Both the new and old Ghostbusters must quickly come together to prevent this force from triggering a second Ice Age on Earth. The film also features Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Bill Murray, and Dan Aykroyd.

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire hits theaters on March 22.
