New England Patriots cornerback Myles Bryant commented on Taylor Swift's reaction to him pushing her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, in the endzone, saying, "It's a high-stakes game. People get real into it, so it's cool. It's cool she's into it." This statement was made in an interview with People published on Monday, December 18.
During the Chiefs vs. Patriots game on Sunday, December 17, Bryant hit Kelce in the third quarter. Kelce signaled to the refs for a pass interference penalty, but none was called. Swift, who was in attendance with her dad, appeared upset and was seen on camera possibly uttering a profanity. The two were spotted taking selfies together during the game, and Scott Swift, who was previously a Philadelphia Eagles fan, pointed to his Chiefs sweater when Taylor was shown on the jumbotron.

Also present in the suite on Sunday were her friend Alana Haim, backup singer Melanie Nyema, stylist Ashley Avignone, and Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Ever since Taylor and Kelce made their relationship public in September, Taylor has been a regular presence at his NFL games. Despite criticism from some football fans about her frequent appearances being seen as the league exploiting her popularity, Taylor remains unfazed.
In a recent interview with TIME, Taylor expressed her confusion about how people know which suite she's in and how often she's shown on camera during the broadcast. She emphasized that her main reason for being there is to support Travis and she has no intention of causing any annoyance to certain fans.
During the same interview, Taylor disclosed that she and Kelce had been quietly dating for months before she made her first appearance at a Chiefs game.
"It all began when Travis very sweetly called me out on his podcast, which I thought was really cool," she commented, referring to a July episode of the "New Heights" podcast where Kelce admitted he was "hurt" that he was unable to give Taylor his number when he was at her Eras Tour.

Taylor and Kelce didn't meet at the concert, but they started spending time together shortly after the podcast episode. "We actually had a lot of private time together, which I'm grateful for, because we were able to really get to know each other," she explained. "By the time I attended that first game, we were already a couple. Some people may have thought that was our first date at the game? We would never be that crazy to make our first date so public."
