In my opinion, the Worst Generation members with the weakest designs are Basil Hawkins and Killer. Hawkins' design, while unique with the three black triangle symbols above his eyes and the cross at his throat, could have been further enhanced to better represent his mystical nature.
Killer's design, on the other hand, is a bit too simplistic, with a full-face mask and spinning blades attached to his arms. While this design is certainly intimidating, it doesn't do much to reflect Killer's personality or abilities.
