Nicola Peltz Honors Victoria Beckham with Posh Spice T-Shirt Tribute

Nicola Peltz Beckham is paying homage to her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham while adding some excitement to her own life.

Captioning her Instagram post on Thursday, October 26 as "London times," the 28-year-old Peltz Beckham shared a photo of herself holding her hair up while posing in a Posh Spice T-shirt. The shirt showcased a younger Victoria Beckham from her Spice Girls era.

"Victoria received a loving comment from Peltz Beckham, expressing admiration with kisses. This gesture is seen as a way to dispel any rumors of a feud between the two. Peltz Beckham, who married Victoria's son Brooklyn in April 2022, had sparked rumors when she chose to wear a Valentino Haute Couture gown instead of her mother-in-law's brand. Originally, she had intended to wear Victoria's brand, but circumstances changed."

"I had planned and desired to wear it initially, but several months later, [Victoria] came to the realization that her atelier wouldn't be able to accommodate it. As a result, I had to choose another dress," shared Peltz Beckham with Variety in August 2022. "She didn't explicitly say I couldn't wear it, and I didn't express that I didn't want to wear it. That's where it all began, and then [people] took it from there."

Brooklyn, on his part, confirmed that everyone in his family "gets along, which is a positive thing," effectively addressing any speculation of a feud.

“I have come to understand that [social media users are] perpetually attempting to craft similar remarks,” he disclosed in the corresponding Variety interview. “Their persistent inclination is to belittle others.”

Peltz Beckham and Brooklyn publicly confirmed their relationship on Instagram in January 2020, following earlier speculation about their romance. In July of the same year, the couple delightedly revealed their engagement.

Following the proposal, Victoria couldn't contain her excitement for her "amazing" new daughter-in-law.

“She's not just sweet and kind, but also a truly delightful, warm-hearted, and exceptional woman. When Victoria spoke about the engagement on Lorraine in December 2020, she couldn't help but express how fortunate they were to have Brooklyn meet such an adorable and lovely lady. We are overjoyed and filled with love for her. Brooklyn is incredibly happy.”

She further commented, “Given everything that has transpired this year, it's truly heartening that Brooklyn has found his soulmate and the woman he wants to spend his entire life with. In this period of uncertainty and sadness, it's incredibly uplifting and exciting for us. We couldn't be happier or more thrilled for them.”

Reflecting on the feud rumors between herself and Victoria in September 2022, Peltz Beckham expressed her discomfort with the speculation. Speaking to Grazia USA, she shared, "Reading claims that I had no intention of wearing a Victoria Beckham dress or similar statements really hurts my feelings. I attempt not to let it affect me, but it's disheartening when people believe these falsehoods. It's frustrating to face the misconception."
