David Beckham has become a sensation on social media after he confronted his wife in a clip from their latest Netflix documentary, Beckham.
In the very first episode of this captivating four-part series, which premiered on Wednesday, October 4th, the 48-year-old David Beckham interrupted an interview with Victoria Beckham as she shared insights about her childhood.
Victoria, 49, reminisced about her initial attraction to the soccer star, stating, "I believe we both originate from families that have a strong work ethic. Our parents have always worked tirelessly, and we both come from humble, working-class backgrounds." Meanwhile, David interjected playfully by urging Victoria to be truthful, his face appearing on camera as he poked his head in through the door.
Victoria responded truthfully when David asked what car her dad drove her to school in. However, David interrupted her when she began with "So, my dad..." and insisted on a single answer. Despite Victoria's attempts to explain that it was not a straightforward answer and that it varied, she eventually confessed, "Fine. In the 1980s, my dad owned a Rolls Royce."
David's actions have caused quite a stir on social media, garnering praise from numerous fans. "He swiftly put Victoria in her place," commented one user on X (formerly Twitter). "Their relationship is truly admirable."

"Who would actually believe that Victoria Beckham came from a working-class background?" remarked one individual on X. "Oh please! You didn't become successful on your own, and that's fine."
"Posh spice suits her perfectly," teased a TikTok fan.
In the same episode, David and Victoria reminisced about their initial encounter at a football match in 1997.
"I had seen photographs of him in magazines and he was undeniably attractive," the former Spice Girl shared. "Attending the games was mainly just to catch glimpses of him, some may say 'obsess' over him, but I prefer to say 'observe' him. When I caught sight of him in the footballers' lounge, other players were at the bar, but he was there, engaged in conversation with his parents. Being someone who values family, that aspect of him really appealed to me... I simply found him very attractive. It was as uncomplicated as that."
David reflected on the instant attraction, realizing, "There was something about it that just clicked right away. I instantly knew, 'This is it. And things are going to progress rapidly.'"
The couple swiftly soared to international fame and were nicknamed "Posh and Becks" by the press. They tied the knot in 1999, just two years after their initial encounter, and now have four children together: Brooklyn, aged 24, Romeo, aged 21, Cruz, aged 18, and Harper, aged 12.
David and Victoria's relationship has experienced both highs and lows. In Beckham, they addressed the allegations of David's infidelity that arose after their move to Madrid in 2003. During that time, David vehemently denied any unfaithfulness in a statement.
Victoria expressed that this period was the most challenging for their marriage as they felt a sense of opposition from the world. She admitted, honestly, that they also faced internal challenges and found themselves in conflict with each other.
The couple strongly denied the rumors of an upcoming divorce in 2017. Additionally, Beckham revealed that David almost missed the birth of their third son, Cruz, in 2005 due to a photo shoot involving Jennifer Lopez.
"I exclaimed, 'Seriously, I'm on the brink of bursting, confined to bed rest. Can you believe it?!'" Victoria expressed in the documentary. "And there you have a photo shoot with the stunning Jennifer Lopez, who clearly isn't expecting a baby."
She went on to say, "I distinctively recall someone showing me the newspaper's front page, displaying a breathtaking image of David alongside Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé, with the headline reading, 'What would Posh say?' Well, let me tell you what Posh would say. Posh was utterly furious!"
