In Tokyo Revengers - Tenjiku Arc episode 1, titled The Longest Day, Kisaki Tetta and Kanji Mochizuki abandoned Takemichi and Mizo Middle Five to the hands of other Tenjiku members. Eventually, Nahoya and Souya Kawata, the Captain and Vice-Captain of Toman Fourth Division, showed up to rescue them. Takemichi initially mistook Souya for Nahoya, but soon discovered the existence of twin brothers known as Smiley and Angry.
Smiley and Angry found Takuya and left him with the Mizo Middle Five, while inviting Takemichi and Chifuyu to join them in their mission to locate Tenjiku's hideout. During their journey, the twins praised Mochizuki's strength and interrogated a couple of Tenjiku members for information about the gang's hiding place.

The content fragment also witnessed Takemichi growing suspicious of Kisaki Tetta. Meanwhile, Shion Madarame could be witnessed brutally taking down another member of Toman.

When Takemichi's group arrived at Tenjiku's hideout, they were confronted by a large number of Tenjiku members. At that moment, Kakucho, one of the Four Heavenly Kings, made the decision to face Toman alone. He instructed his subordinates to leave and engaged in a battle against Takemichi, deliberately allowing him to prevail.
Later on, it was revealed that Takemichi and Kakucho were friends in the past. However, with the emergence of Izana Kurokawa as his new idol, Kakucho considered Takemichi to be his adversary. Nevertheless, Kakucho still held concern for Takemichi's well-being and shared information about a potential traitor within Toman.

According to the anime, a group known as the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku consisted of Mochizuki, Ran Haitani, Kakucho, and Madarame. Rindo Haitani and Shuji Hanma served as executives of Tenjiku.
