Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s daughter, Princess Lilibet, is growing up quickly.
During their official visit to Lightway Academy, Meghan, 42, shared with students that their daughter, Lili, who is about to turn 3, is much smaller than them. Just a few weeks ago, Lili looked into Meghan's eyes and said, “Mama, I see me in you.”
The Duchess of Sussex shared, "She was speaking in a very literal manner. However, I interpreted her words in a different light. I realized that while I see reflections of myself in you and vice versa, I also see a part of myself in everyone else in this room."
Meghan and Harry, who are 39 years old, are currently in Nigeria for the first time to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games. The couple also have a son named Prince Archie, who is 5 years old.
The royal couple not only discussed their family life with Archie and Lili, but also opened up about mental health during the conversation. Meghan couldn't help but express her admiration for her husband during the chat.
The Duke of Sussex emphasized the importance of mental health to the audience. He mentioned that everyone, regardless of age, deals with mental health in some way. Taking care of oneself is essential in order to support others, and vice versa. It's okay to admit when you're having a tough day and seek help when needed.

Meghan couldn't believe how amazing her husband's comments were. "You see why I married him?" she joked, before expressing her excitement about their upcoming trip to Africa. She felt incredibly honored to be visiting Nigeria for the first time and to be surrounded by everyone there. Meghan and her husband truly believed in the people they met, in their potential, and in their ability to share their stories and be authentic with each other.
"Don't suffer in silence. Take care of yourself, starting with your mental health. It's important to talk about what you're going through."
Harry and Meghan will be touring different places and meeting locals over the weekend.
Harry's Nigeria tour comes after his short solo trip to London, where he gave a speech at a service in St. Paul’s Cathedral to mark the Invictus anniversary. Unfortunately, he did not get a chance to see his father, King Charles III, or his brother, Prince William, with whom he has not been in contact.
